evodesk AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that handles incoming calls, books appointments, and manages customer inquiries on behalf of businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

• All plans include a 14-day free trial period
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• Prices are in GBP and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided for unused service time within 30 days of cancellation

5. Call Recording and Data

Our AI service records and transcribes calls for quality assurance and service improvement. Callers are informed of recording at the start of each call. You agree that we may store and process call data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service quickly.

8. Limitation of Liability

evodesk AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including missed appointments or lost business opportunities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are owned by evodesk AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@evodesk.ai. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact support@evodesk.ai for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Free Trial: Your free trial does not require payment information. After the trial ends, you must select a paid plan to continue service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of England and Wales.
